Most manufacturers use the F-400 high-speed centrifugal crusher produced by Guangzhou Chemical Machinery Factory. Therefore, taking this product as an example, we will discuss the grinder.

1. Structure of the crusher

The structure of the F-400 high-speed centrifugal crusher is compact and firm, horizontally installed, and powered by a triangular belt pulley. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, and the main shaft is quenched and tempered. After assembly, the main shaft is subjected to static balance testing. To achieve stable and reliable operation, the body is made of cast iron, with a beautiful appearance and good rigidity. The main shaft bearing is a water-cooled structure, ensuring that the main shaft does not rise above "℃" during high-speed operation.

The imported crusher can be equipped with a disc feeder to continuously and quantitatively feed raw materials into the main machine. The product enters the cyclone separator after coming out of the main engine outlet. The production feeding load of the host can be monitored through the Ammeter of the main motor, so as to control the feeding in time. Users only need to follow the requirements of the motor. Choosing suitable electrical control instruments (including starters, current relays, and time relay motors) by oneself can make operation convenient and safe.

2. Working principle

The pulverizer mainly uses the principle of mechanical pneumatic centrifugation to crush and process materials. The main machine is equipped with an induced draft pushing power to automatically crush the materials inside the machine. The gap between the clamp plate on the main shaft and the inclined liner of the machine body can control the particle size of crushing.

After the pulverized powder comes out from the outlet of the host machine, it is separated from the airflow through the cyclone separator, and the powder is discharged from the outlet of the cyclone separator. The airflow containing a small amount of powder is filtered by a cloth bag collector and discharged into the atmosphere.

3. Operation of the crusher

(1) Before the equipment is put into production. The casing of the host should be disassembled for strict inspection. There should be no debris in the crushing chambers inside the host, and the components on the spindle should not be loose. And after the inspection is completed, it must undergo about 4 hours of air transportation and test run before starting production.

(2) The crusher is a high-speed machine, so it is necessary to maintain good lubrication and cooling conditions for the bearings. During operation, it is necessary to check whether the lubricating oil is sufficient and whether the cooling water is flowing freely. It is generally recommended to use high-quality mechanical oil grades 20-25 as the lubricating oil.

(3) The feeding port of the host must be equipped with a device to prevent metal debris (easily damaged equipment debris) from entering the human-machine. You can choose permanent magnet iron removal rods or partition nets (iron mesh, copper mesh), etc.

(4) The adjustment of the grinding disc on the spindle should generally depend on the characteristics, fineness, and yield of the material. Generally, the higher the fineness, the smaller the yield.

(5) Before crushing, the materials must be dry operated, that is, the water content of the materials shall not exceed 1% (excluding Water of crystallization), and the maximum diameter of the materials before crushing shall not be greater than 10mm.
